How to Get Crown of Eyes in Path of Exile 2

Crown of Eyes is fairly accessible compared to many endgame uniques. It has no special drop condition, no boss restriction, and no League mechanic tied to it.

Where it can drop

The helmet can drop anywhere in the game, but
It has a level 45 item requirement, meaning it can only drop from level 45+ monsters.

This makes it obtainable early in the midgame, around the campaign's later acts or low-tier maps. For many builds, that's exactly the point where you begin to need more specialized gear.

Chance Orbing the unique

If you prefer using currency rather than relying on natural drops, you can use an Orb of Chance on a Vermeil Circlet (the base item). However:
