Getting to Arakeen
You have two options:

Travel manually by heading to the top-right of the world map, near the edge of the Hagga Basin.

Pay an Ornithopter Pilot 2500 Solari to fly you straight there.

Once in Arakeen, finding the vendors is pretty easy if you know where to look.

Navigating Arakeen
After arriving, head forward into the central hall. Take a left turn and you’ll walk past a standard weapon vendor. Keep going — the next room is where all the Landsraad vendors are located. Here you’ll find vendors selling:

Rare armor sets

The available vendor rotates weekly based on what your faction unlocked. So one week it might be tools, next week it could be armor. Always check!
