What do guests value most on 2–4 week stays in Abu Dhabi?

Hi everyone, we run furnished short stay apartments in Abu Dhabi, and we’re updating our internal checklist for what matters most on 2 to 4 week stays. I want to sanity-check it with real guest feedback.

Here’s what we see come up most often in longer stays:

• A full kitchen setup people can actually use

• A washing machine in the unit

• A quiet building and a unit not facing heavy traffic

• A real work table and stable Wi-Fi

• Clear check-in steps and parking access

• Clear cleaning expectations up front
